Kentucky Bourbon Cooking School—Culinary Vacation
The Culinary Vacation is highly entertaining and effortless. Our staff at Chapeze House arranges everything that relates to your visit. You will spend two-nights and three days in Bardstown. One day is spent touring Kentucky historic sites, the other day is spent at either Keeneland Race Coarse or at Churchill Downs. Each evening the class enjoys great Kentucky cuisine at Chapeze House. Accommodations reserved at the Colonel’s Cottage Inn in Bardstown.
Each evening the drinking lamp is lit at 6:00 and will feature on different nights: a Bourbon Tasting and a Wine Tasting. Cocktails are also available. The class will assist in the preparation and presentation of a Kentucky cocktail supper, an elegant Kentucky dinner and the world famous Kentucky Derby Breakfast. The class dines upon the meals they have helped to create.
You will spend three-nights and four-days in Bardstown. Two days are spent
touring Kentucky historic sites, the third day is spent at either Keeneland or
Churchill Downs, the fourth day, prior to departure, is the Kentucky
Breakfast. Tuition includes accommodation, transportation, meals and fees.
